The Japanese government has decided that, instead of collecting tax from overseas game publishers themselves, they will collect tax from the big IT companies that operate app distribution platforms, such as Google and Apple.

Japanese game developer Key announced Anemoi on November 15, revealing a teaser video and  website. The new title is planned to be a full-price release.
