Stellar Blade devs are hiring for a new AAA cross-platform sci-fi RPG
Shift Up, the developers of Stellar Blade and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, are currently recruiting staff for a new unannounced game, as revealed through their official homepage.
Alongside Nikke and Stellar Blade, a listing for “New Project_” has appeared on Shift Up’s recruitment page. It is described as a cross platform, next-generation title. The studio is seeking to hire programmers, artists (monster concept art, character concept art and 3D animation) and a screenwriter for the future project.
Details of the job listings reveal that the unannounced game will be an urban sci-fi action RPG planned for the PC, mobile and consoles. The game will be developed in Unreal Engine and feature anime-style characters.
Shift Up’s Stellar Blade is scheduled to release on April 26 for the PS5. Pre-orders are currently open, and a demo is available.
