SiNiSiStar2, the second mainline entry in developer Uu’s gothic action JRPG series, released on May 16 for Steam. Published by Sanuk and Eroge Japan, the game debuted with a “Very Positive” score on the platform, with over 800 reviews at the time of writing.
Being an all-ages, censored port of the original NSFW game, which released back in 2025 on DLSite, it seems like many people were especially excited for the additional 18+ patch which the publishers are distributing for free on their website.
According to Eroge Japan representative Piro (as reported by Game*Spark), the surge of new users accessing the website to download the patch was so great, the servers ended up temporarily shutting down due to the unexpectedly heavy traffic. Luckily, the site is already back online for those interested in getting their hands on the raunchier and gorier side of SiNiSiStar2.
For those unfamiliar with the series, SiNiSiStar2 follows the story of Sister Lelia and Sister Hanya who take on the holy mission of defeating the eldritch evil corrupting the land of Arsezons. Exploring swamps, caves, and abandoned villages of the cursed land, all depicted in a blend of detailed 2D pixel art and 3D assets, you will have to face off with its terrors in a blend of melee and magic-based action.
SiNiSistar2 is currently available for PC via DLSite and Steam, with English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese language support. The 18+ patch can be downloaded via the Eroge Japan website.
