During the September 9 Nintendo Direct Japan, video game publisher Shueisha announced that it would release HOSHiN ENGi Re:surrection for PC (Steam), Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5.
The hack-and-slash roguelite is based on HOSHiN ENGi, a Chinese-mythology fantasy manga series by Ryu Fujisaki. Serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1996 to 2000, the manga has sold over 22 million copies in print.
