Politically provocative scenarios in a Japanese war game have taken gamers by surprise

The Steam version of SystemSoft Beta’s Daisenryaku SSB is scheduled to launch in June, but it’s the scenarios in the game that have gamers in Japan buzzing. For example, one is called Crisis in the Straits of Taiwan and sees a Taiwan that’s been abandoned by both the United States and Japan fighting alone against China for their independence.

Rhythm Heaven creator Tsunku still hopes to make a new title

Artist and music producer Tsunku recently retweeted a fan request to release a Rhythm Heaven game on the Nintendo Switch, adding, “This!” Tsunku periodically expresses his love for the series and has once again shown that his passion hasn’t waned.

7 copies of the same game mysteriously appear on the PS Store in Japan

The PlayStation Store in Japan currently has 7 copies of the same game called Super Impossible Road available on its storefront. Between the PS4’s three copies and the PS5’s four copies it makes for a  comical sight considering they’re all almost identical. So what’s going on?
