Aside from providing the English voice for protagonist Clive Rosfield in Final Fantasy XVI and Tekken 8, actor Ben Starr is also a massive fan of video games. Knowing this, Square Enix collaborated with Starr again to showcase all the RPGs they have released in recent years. The resulting video is hilarious, to say the least:
While Starr was quick to recommend Final Fantasy VIII as his go-to Final Fantasy title, it seems that Square Enix wanted the focus to be on newer releases and not just a single game. Starr followed up by recommending the award-winning Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Visions of Mana (the fifth and latest title in the Mana franchise), and FF creator Hironobu Sakaguchi’s Fantasian: Neo Dimension as games that players should check out.

As a fan of classic RPGs, Starr didn’t forget to shed light on modern remasters and remakes that were not Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. He notes that Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster – a bundle that includes Final Fantasy I through VI with new graphics and audio – is currently in the Square Enix Publisher Sale alongside Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven. Starr also mentions Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake – a reworking of 1988’s Dragon Quest III for current gen consoles.

Of course, no Ben Starr appearance would be complete without the mention of Final Fantasy XVI – the game in which Starr stars (pun intended). All of the aforementioned games, except for Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake can be picked up at a reduced price on various digital media outlets as part of the Square Enix Publisher Sale.
