Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO to recalibrate rank points for players affected by reset bug

Bandai Namco Entertainment will carry out maintenance on Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO’s servers today, starting at 06:00 CET/21:00 PST. Maintenance is scheduled to last around 5 hours, during which ranked matches and The World Library will be unavailable.

The maintenance aims to address the issue of players’ rank points being reset. This bug appeared shortly after Sparking Zero’s October 24 update which nerfed the overpowered Yajirobe. Bandai Namco says that affected players will have their rank points recalculated and restored after the maintenance, but that the recalibrated amount may differ from what they had before the reset.

The rank point reset bug was one of the major issues Sparking Zero’s developers announced they would be working on following the Yajirobe update, as well as long matchmaking times and save data corruption. Perhaps we can expect solutions for the other bugs in future updates.

In the meantime, if you have any other issues or suggestions about Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero, Bandai is conducting an official user experience survey until December 15.

Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO is out now on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam).
