So you’ve finished Pragmata for the first time and have seen the credits roll. Now, whether the ending was to your liking or not is a matter of personal preference, but there just happens to be an extra scene you can obtain by completing a few extra steps.
Note that light spoilers follow for Pragmata.

Step 1: Unlock and finish all of the Unknown Signal Quest’s secret missions
While the Hidden Chamber (where the quest tells you to go) unlocks immediately after finishing the game once, the prerequisites for unlocking each of the ten secret missions in the area are different.
Here’s what you have to do to unlock each secret mission:
Secret Mission α (Alpha): Available immediately when reaching the Hidden Chamber
Secret Mission β (Beta): Defeat the Enhanced SectorGuard boss in the Solar Power Plant
Secret Mission γ (Gamma): Acquire all Solar Power Plant collectibles
Secret Mission δ (Delta): Defeat the Enhanced Creator boss in the Mass Production Array
Secret Mission ε (Epsilon): Acquire all Mass Production Array collectibles
Secret Mission ζ (Zeta): Defeat the Enhanced Garden Keeper boss in the Terra Dome
Secret Mission η (Eta): Acquire all Terra Dome collectibles
Secret Mission θ (Theta): Defeat the Enhanced LunaDigger boss at the Lunum Mines
Secret Mission ι (Iota): Acquire all Lunum Mines collectibles
Secret Mission κ (Kappa): Find all Central Port collectibles
If you’re having trouble finding collectibles, purchasing the Object Scan ability from the Unit Printer in the Shelter makes things easier.

Enhanced bosses in Pragmata have more health and deal more damage than their standard versions, but don’t have any new moves or gimmicks that you should watch out for. You’ll know that a boss is Enhanced if it is covered in orange plating (as opposed to the traditional white plating).
Though the secret missions may seem difficult, they are far easier than Cabin’s Training Simulations (primarily because they don’t have a time limit). So long as you accomplish their main objectives, you will have completed all of the secret missions and unlocked the Lim Cannon (a brand-new weapon that uses Lunafilament to deal increased damage), the Obsidia outfit for Hugh, a Black Neon outfit for Diana, and the Black Box mod (a mysterious item with no apparent use).

Step 2: Equip the Black Box Mod and take on the final Enhanced boss
You may have noticed that the secret mission prerequisites do not include a fight with Idea, the game’s final boss. That’s because you must first equip the Black Box mod and go to the final area of the Central Port for its Enhanced version to spawn (doing otherwise will just cause its normal, white-plated version to appear).

As with the other Enhanced bosses, the Enhanced Idea has noticeably more health and does more damage than its standard version. Use your newly acquired Lim Cannon and other upgraded weapons, gear, and hacks to take it down.
Once the Enhanced Idea has been defeated and the remaining enemies dealt with, the standard ending will play, followed by a short audio sequence and an image featuring Hugh and Diana. Considering the hoops you have to go through just to get this sequence, you might not think the secret ending is worth it, but it does provide hope for the series’ future.
Pragmata is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam), and Nintendo Switch 2.
