In addition to Elena’s upcoming arrival in Street Fighter 6’s multiplayer-focused Fighting Ground and Battle Hub modes, the Capoeira fighter will be added to the game’s single-player World Tour mode as a master. Unlike Terry Bogard and Mai Shiranui, who required you to be a disciple of other masters to meet them, unlocking Elena is as easy as progressing the World Tour main story.
To meet Elena in World Tour, you must first finish Chapter 7-2: Novice League Prelims of the main story. Once completed, head back to your hangout in Metro City (it’s the same place where you can access Terry and Mai’s World Tour content) and begin the “One Fateful Day” event.
Starting the event will bring you to the new Reniala Remains World Tour location, where you can meet Elena and become her disciple. As with all World Tour masters, increasing your bond with Elena will unlock her signature fighting style and moves for your avatar, as well as some unique dialogue that gives insight into Elena’s character.
The Elena update drops on June 5 for Street Fighter 6, which is available for PC (Steam), PS4/PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
