Japanese toy giant Takara Tomy announces its own indie game publishing label Enjoyn Games. Debut title is a burger-stacking social deduction game

Enjoyn Games has announced three games for its inaugural line-up.

Japanese toy manufacturer Takara Tomy – known for franchises like Transformers, Beyblade, and Tomica – announced on November 11 that it’s officially entering game publishing. The company has launched the indie publishing brand Enjoyn Games and announced three upcoming games. The move follows similar announcements from domestic companies like Sanrio and film giant Toei earlier this year.

The first inaugural Enjoyn Games title to release is Stack & Sus by Japanese solo developer Uracon, coming out on November 10 for PC (Steam). Stack & Sus is a physics-based social deduction game in which 3 to 6 players have to work together to stack a giant burger. At the beginning of each round, players are divided into Staff and Spies, with the Spies being tasked with sabotaging the burger while pretending to be regular Staff.

The dimensions and ingredients of each burger differ depending on what the customer orders. To successfully clear each round, the Staff have to make sure the burger doesn’t topple over and that it doesn’t slip below the Customer Satisfaction target due to wrong toppings or dropped ingredients. With each completed burger, the orders become more challenging. Meanwhile, the Spies will attempt to sabotage each order by targeting the narrowest margin that leads to failure.

After a team suffers a set number of failures, the “Suspect Vote” starts. This is where everyone thinks back on suspicious behavior they may have noticed. If the Staff manage to correctly identify and vote out the Spies, they can make a comeback win. If an innocent Staff member is framed as a Spy, the round goes to the Spies. Lastly, if the vote is split, a Turnabout Quiz is initiated, where the Spies have a final chance to win by guessing the Staff team’s “Secret Satisfaction” score earned throughout the round. Aside from the core online multiplayer experience, Stack & Sus will come with a story-driven singleplayer mode.

Next, slated for release in the last quarter of 2026 on Steam, is Little Cheese Works, a co-op online game where players take on the role of mice working in an exploitative cheese company. Gameplay relies on voice-chat, with players having to coordinate with each other while making sure not to alert the “cat” with too much noise.

Lastly, Enjoyn Games has also announced that it will be the Japanese publisher for Sloppy Forgeries. Coming out on November 14 on Steam, the title is a competitive painting party game. Players are tasked to recreate classical masterpieces with limited tools and no undo button, with their accuracy measured pixel-by-pixel.

According to the Enjoyn Games web portal, the publisher is open to inquiries about publishing and game submissions at [email protected].
