Cthulhu Mythos ADV is a 2D adventure game inspired by Lovecraft’s Cthulhu Mythos. The protagonist of the game wakes up in an abandoned hospital, and together with their companions, must face off against strange monsters and make their escape. It's the first original game by Gotcha Gotcha Games, the company behind RPG Maker.
Cygames has announced the acquisition of the Metal Max IP from Kadokawa and Kadokawa Games. The Metal Max series creator Hiroshi Miyaoka is also transferring to Cygames to work as a director.

Developer of the adult game Hero's Journey (Under the Witch) reports large amounts of fraudulent sales from Argentina on Steam. The developer says that they were suffering damages due to Steam users disguising their country of residence to buy games cheaper.
Atlus published a new Japanese FAQ page for the upcoming remasters of Persona 5 Royal. The FAQ reveals that an upgrade plan will not be provided for those who already own the PS4 version, which is rare as most PS4 games with PS5 versions have at least some sort of avenue to upgrade.

As the name implies, Monster Create is a game where you create your very own monsters to battle with. Monster Create is being developed by PICTOY, a game studio established by Hiroshi Moriyama, the director of Freakyforms and Castle & Dragon.
The Monster Hunter Frontier official Twitter account told fans not to expect an offline version or a sequel in an unusual message from an official account. “While hunters have been asking for an offline mode or sequel to MHF, we want to be upfront and not create any careless expectations."
Nintendo and Monolith Soft revealed a new song from the upcoming Xenoblade Chronicles 3 titled “You Will Know Our Names – Finale.” The word “Finale” in the song name immediately began trending on Twitter in Japan as fans began to wonder what it could mean for the series.
The Chain of Life is part visual novel, part card game, and part RPG. The game takes place in a fantasy world called Noa where a falling star sets the story of multiple young people in motion. The game is slated to release on Steam and will be seeking crowdfunding via the Japanese website Campfire starting July 7.
Little Noah: Scion of Paradise seems to have enjoyed an excellent launch and currently holds a “Very Positive” rating on Steam. We spoke to Cygames about the release, and it appears that sales of the game have been great, too.
