SEGA still has no timeline for restoring arcade network services four days following server breach. Next update set for November 8
Some of the affected games cannot even boot without online connection.

It has been four days since SEGA Fave (a SEGA subsidiary handling toys and arcades) announced that some of its servers had been compromised by a third party. It suspended its major arcade network services ALL.NET and Aime starting November 1, affecting arcades nationwide.
The company provided an update on November 6, saying that it has yet to establish a timeline for restoring services. A follow-up announcement on progress is scheduled for November 8 at 12:00 AM UTC.
We will continue to provide regular updates on the situation. The next update is scheduled for 11/8 (Sun) at 9:00.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this is causing to everyone.
Some SEGA and Bandai Namco arcade games (many of which use ALL.Net’s network infrastructure) have begun cancelling offline and online events. Initial D The Arcade has cancelled its Double Ace CUP, as well as its Kyushu and Chugoku-Shikoku Tournaments, which are set to take place at an unspecified date once operations resume. Likewise, SEGA arcade rhythm game CHUNITHM Mate is considering whether it should extend or re-run several in-game events. Ccompensation for those with CHUNITHM-NET Standard Membership benefits are also being considered.
