SanararaR, a wish-granting adult visual novel with art by Puella Magi Madoka Magica’s character designer, is coming to Steam with English support
SanararaR is an updated version of the 2005's Sanarara, originally released in 2012.

American publisher Sekai Project has announced that SanararaR, an adult visual novel by NekoNeko Soft, will receive an official English localization on Steam in 2027.
The game features artwork by Aoki Ume, best known as the character designer for Puella Magi Madoka Magica and the manga artist behind Hidamari Sketch. SanararaR also features contributions from staff who worked on NekoNeko Soft’s past titles such as Tomo Kataoka, known for his work on the acclaimed visual novel Narcissu.
Originally released as Sanarara in 2005, the game begins with the protagonist whose ordinary life is disrupted by a strange girl saying she can grant any wish. According to her, everyone in the world is given the opportunity to have their wish granted once in a lifetime. These are announced by the mysterious Navigators; duty bound to the position until the wish is fulfilled. Presented in omnibus form, Sanarara tells a series of short stories of a Navigator and their recipient, and how they must decide on and fulfill their once-in-a-lifetime wish.

SanararaR was released in 2012 as a revision of the original game, adding three additional stories beyond the original four. Each story focuses on a different heroine and features multiple endings. The upcoming Steam version of the game provides full Japanese voice performances for the cast, excluding the protagonist, with English-localized HUD/menus and story text.
Sekai Project’s official website lists all of its ongoing projects, with the page mentioning that SanararaR’s English script has already been 100% translated and edited as of October 22. The webpage states that SanararaR’s project status is “In programming,” suggesting that the team is currently focused on the game’s technical implementation.
SanararaR is set to release in 2027 for PC (Steam).
