Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave has sold over 1.34 million units in two weeks, according to Nintendo’s financial report
Nintendo's recently published financial results reveal that Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave sold over 1.34 million units on launch.

Nintendo published its financial results for the second quarter of this fiscal year (April to September) on November 5. The report revealed that Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave sold over 1.34 million units worldwide during this period.
Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave is the latest mainline installment in Nintendo’s long-running SRPG series, set in the same world as Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Players take on the role of a “Savior” descending into a world that is on the verge of being destroyed by a resurrected demon god. In order to overcome the formidable battles that lie ahead, the protagonist must travel back in time and change the fates of four legendary warriors participating in the Heroic Games in Dagian. The game launched for the Nintendo Switch 2 on September 17, and has made headlines for its hefty volume of content.

According to Nintendo’s report, Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave was able to become a million-selling title in approximately two weeks since launch. Considering that this financial report only covers the period until the end of September 2026, the actual current number of units sold could potentially be larger if we account for October sales, which will likely be disclosed in subsequent reports.
On a related note, Fire Emblem: Three Houses, which released in July 2019, sold over 2.29 units copies by the end of September of the same year, reaching 2.87 million units sold until March 2020. Furthermore, Fire Emblem Engage, which launched in January 2023, sold over 1.61 million units by the end of March 2023. Having sold 1.34 million units at launch already, Fortune’s Weave seems to be on track to possibly outpace both of its predecessors.
Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave and its Expansion Pass are out now for the Nintendo Switch.
