Japanese game label Ultranova Entertainment (under Suiseisha) has announced the 3D romance action-adventure game Blue Bite, coming to Steam and consoles in Winter 2026.
Blue Bite follows protagonist Tsuzuru Chigusa, a guy who finds himself suddenly summoned into a world inhabited solely by women. Now the only man on the planet, Tsuzuru is tasked by a goddess to cure the women of this world from a mysterious ailment known as Blue Bite. The disease, which halts women’s life functions and has already driven the population to the brink of extinction, can only be cured by Tsuzuru’s massage techniques.

The game features six heroines, whom you’ll develop relationships with as you race to save their lives. Progression largely revolves around an Adventure Mode and a Mission Mode. In Adventure Mode, you interact with the heroines through conversations, with the choices you make affecting your affinity levels and the ending you get.
In Mission Mode, you explore the 3D town to complete various missions, like locating and treating individuals afflicted with Blue Bite. The game offers 100 hours of voiced dialogue and a multi-ending system.

Blue Bite is being developed by Suiseisha, a company that runs publishing labels dedicated to both seinen and ladies’ (BL) content. This game is likewise on the suggestive side, with warnings in place for revealing costumes and suggestive illustrations and voice performances. Over on X, the developers have officially announced that the game’s production costs are worth over 100 million yen.
Blue Bite is coming to PC (Steam) and consoles in Winter 2026.
