Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Ver 1.2.0 to fix the game’s bizarre bugs

The Pokémon Company has announced that the Version 1.2.0 update for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet will be released in late February. Although the games have been met with high praise, players have reported many bugs and issues, and some feel that the UI is cumbersome. Ver 1.2.0 is the latest patch that will attempt to address these concerns.

Additionally, this patch will fix some of the game’s more bizarre phenomena. For example, the widely reported issue of Pokéballs and Pokémon being unintentionally displayed in certain areas or rooms (related article) will be fixed in this update. They also plan to fix the issue that causes the trainer’s facial expressions to be locked into place (related article).

The Pokémon Company has previously apologized for the large number of issues in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and is taking the reports and feedback of players seriously. This stance doesn’t appear likely to change anytime soon, and they will continue to work on improving the games even after this new update.
