Tokyo Xtreme Racer celebrates its first anniversary on September 25. To commemorate the occasion, developer Genki has announced some big news regarding the racing title.
According to a producer letter published via the game’s official channels, the Tokyo Xtreme Racer developers are currently working on new paid DLC for the game. The DLC will add new content to the game, with further details and a release date due to be announced at a later date.
Additionally, the developers have announced that the game will soon be seeing new Guest Rivals, with future collaborations planned to expand to a wider range of fields.
Lastly, Genki says it still has its sights on bringing Tokyo Xtreme Racer to additional platforms. While the company isn’t able to commit to anything officially yet due to the technical challenges involved, it is continuing to consider ports to other platforms.
