With Dead or Alive 6 Last Round‘s release right around the corner, Koei Tecmo’s Team Ninja has released the full details on how players of the base game will be able to transfer their much-beloved DLC costumes and game progress to the definitive version.
Steam and Xbox players only have to open Last Round using their Dead or Alive 6 account and download their associated DLC (the latter step being exclusive to Xbox consoles) for their costumes to carry over. PlayStation players, on the other hand, must first install Dead or Alive 6’s update 1.23 on the base game before opening Last Round on the same account.

Transferring save data is much simpler. Regardless of your platform, all you have to do is open Dead or Alive 6. The game will automatically detect all transferable data, which will allow you to carry your progress from the same account (make sure to delete any existing Last Round data before transferring your base game progress over).
Though DLC costumes and progress from Dead or Alive can be transferred to Last Round, you cannot carry anything over from Last Round to the base game.
Team Ninja also included a list of save data and DLC content that can and cannot be carried over to Last Round. The list is extensive, but some of the non-transferrable save data include match replays, option and costume settings, player rankings, Fighter Levels, Fighter Points, Player Points, Pattern Parts, Fight Records, and Fight Trends. When it comes to DLC, no DLC costumes for Mai Shiranui and Kula Diamond can be carried over, and neither can previously owned Premium Tickets and hair color changes.

Dead or Alive 6 Last Round is set to release on June 25 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
