Konami announced RHAPSODY IN SCARLET during the September 3 State of Play. Developed in Unreal Engine, this brand-new action-adventure game is set on the jazz-filled streets of 1920s New York, where protagonist Ellie Myers, a magus, embarks on a journey to confront a threat that could shake the world.
The footage depicts a sprawling metropolis reminiscent of old-school America, where gigantic summoned beasts and monsters clash in flashy battles. It looks like players will wield beasts and magic in combat, chaining attacks together to build up combos.
