For those of you who have always had the very specific dream of owning a vampire gay bar, we have a game that could possibly scratch that itch. Sodomy Fatale (yes, that’s what it’s called) is a “cozy” vampire gay bar management sim and another new title by solo developer Jamsanpoid, creator of the chaotic dating-sim From Madness With Love. The game has entered early access on Steam as of May 15, and is expected to fully launch sometime in Q2 of 2026.
The game follows the story of Alec, a flamboyant vampire who runs the gay bar “Sodomy Fatale,” and his faithful encounter with Inis, an amnesiac general-purpose robot. Salvaged by Alec from an abandoned junkyard with no place to return to, Inis is left with no other choice but to start working at the bar. Alongside the part-time worker Elena, the robot gets to learn more about “human” connection by peeping on various stories shared by the customers of Sodomy Fatale.

Described as a “laid-back story that’s rich in flavor, but goes down smooth” Sodomy Fatale will task you with creating your own original blood-based drinks (Hematels), and making sure your customers get a drink that’s right up their alley. Skillfully running your business will give you the opportunity to interact with more VIP guests, thus advancing the story. Additionally, the game allows you to craft your own playlist to use as background music while you serve the bloody cocktails to your guests, and the interior design of the bar is also customizable.

While Sodomy Fatale is listed as a game intended for adults, the content warning on the title’s Steam store page explains that, except some mild mature themes (including depictions of homosexuality, smoking, alcohol and blood), the game does not contain explicit sexual content.
Sodomy Fatale is currently out in Early Access for PC (Steam). Note that the game is only available in Japanese at the time of writing.
