Hypnosis rhythm game HYPNOSYNC out on Steam following brief delay. Brainwash customers into becoming your own mindless employees
The title is free-to-play on Steam and mobile.

Two-person indie studio BASED KICK has released its rhythm hypnosis title HYPNOSYNC. The game is free to play on Windows (Steam) and Android (iOS version pending), with in-game purchases for currency and items. All current and planned music tracks are free.
In HYPNOSYNC, you play as the unwilling manager of the titular HYPNOSYNC arcade. Under the leadership of your boss, Nezzie, you hypnotize customers into spending as much money as possible.
Hypnotizing requires you to break a person’s willpower, which is done by hitting colored notes (5 colors in total) until you hit the break line. Each song is tied to a specific customer, and those with stronger willpower will have songs that are harder to beat than others.
Playing songs on hypnotized customers allows you to engage in Daze Mode. This lets you complete Daze Challenges that award Daze tickets – the game’s version of free gacha pulls. Hypnotized customers will be turned into loyal employees that help you hypnotize others with unique skills. Candi’s skill, for example, gives you some leeway by nullifying the first five misses you make on a song.
Outside of the core rhythm gameplay experience, HYPNOSYNC lets you talk with your employees to learn more about them, give them snacks and gifts, and even change their outfits. A gauge on the right side of the screen keeps track of each employee’s mental state, which changes based on how you treat them.

Following two delays (one due to Apple’s late review for the iOS version and another because of a last-minute bug fix), HYPNOSYNC is available on Windows (Steam)and Android. The iOS version is still currently under review.
