Koei Tecmo’s Team Ninja has announced that Minato, a new character joining Dead or Alive 6: Last Round‘s roster, will officially be released on September 10 as DLC. The new character was first teased in the game’s June launch trailer, but aside from concept art showing off her gyaru-style costumes, Minato’s in-game appearance and gameplay mechanics remain under wraps for the time being.
Alongside the release date announcement, Team Ninja has launched a campaign during which players can use Ayane and Tamaki for free in the game’s Core Fighters version. The event will last until August 19.
In addition, the developers have dropped Marie Rose’s “Wicked Lil’ Sunflower” set as DLC, available starting today in four color variations.
Dead or Alive 6: Last Round is available for PC (Steam), PS5 and Xbox Series X❘S.
