RuriDragon manga is coming back starting March 4, ending long hiatus 

The official RuriDragon X (formerly Twitter) account has announced that 5 new chapters of the manga will be published in Weekly Shonen Jump starting March 4. Then, from April 22, RuriDragon will resume biweekly serialization in the digital edition of Weekly Shonen Jump and Shonen Jump+. 

RuriDragon is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masaoki Shindo. Its warm and humorous story revolves around a half-dragon girl trying to live a normal life. The title officially started serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in June 2022, but soon went on hiatus in August of the same year due to the author’s medical circumstances. 

On February 21, it was announced that RuriDragon will be coming back from the one year and seven-month hiatus. The announcement states that in negotiation with the author, it was decided that a new chapter of RuriDragon will be released every week in Weekly Shonen Jump starting March 4. Then, from April 22, the series will switch to biweekly publication in the digital edition of Weekly Shonen Jump and Shonen Jump+. 

RuriDragon is being distributed in English by Viz Media and Manga Plus
