Needy Streamer Overload surpasses 300,000 sales

Needy Streamer Overload has sold over 300,000 copies worldwide, publisher WSS Playground announced. The game came out for PC (Steam) on January 21, and its sales number surpassed 200,000 copies in early February (related article). Now the game managed to sell 100,000 more copies in just one month.

Coinciding with the announcement, WSS Playground released Needy Streamer Overload-themed Line stickers and animated profile backgrounds for Steam. The game now supports Steam Trading Cards as well.

Needy Streamer Overload is a streamer-raising adventure game that follows the daily life of Ame-chan, an aspiring live streamer with a desperate need for social acceptance. You play as Ame-chan’s “P,” her producer and a significant other. Your initial goal is to guide her to become “the #1 Internet Angel (Streamer)” by raising her follower count to 1 million within a month. The game is receiving positive reception netting over 8,400 user reviews on Steam with a rating of “Overwhelmingly Positive.”
