Venus Vacation Prism – Dead or Alive Xtreme: How to display custom outfits in-game

How to make your Venuses' custom outfits in Venus Vacation Prism – Dead or Alive Xtreme get displayed in-game.

While the default outfits for the Venuses in Venus Vacation Prism: Dead or Alive Xtreme are stunning, there are times when you want to change things up and make use of those cosmetics you bought or earned. Here’s how you can showcase your Venus’s personalized outfits in the main story and the Reflect on Memories gallery.

Venus Vacation Prism Apply Outfits in Memories Off

Unsurprisingly, you can change each Venus’s appearance in the Change Outfit menu found in the Boss’s Office between chapters or the Reflect on Memories section of the Museum. You’ll unlock more hairstyles and outfits for each girl as they earn more fans, and you will be notified of new rewards after each completed chapter (be sure to check the Change Outfit menu often).

Don’t forget to apply the custom outfit before leaving the Change Outfit menu

As dressed up as your Venuses may be, none of their custom outfits will reflect in-game if you don’t remember to turn on Apply Outfit in Scenario/Memories (the prompt and checkbox can be found on the top right-hand side of the Change Outfit menu). Leaving this option unchecked will cause your Venuses to wear their default outfits in the story and gallery. Thankfully, the game remembers your Apply Outfit in Scenario/Memories preference and won’t require you to switch it again afterwards.

Unfortunately, custom outfits in the Boss’s Office and Reflect on Memories are separate. This means that you have to manually change each Venus’s outfits twice if you want to see them wear the same outfit in the main story and gallery. It’s a minor nitpick, but one that Koei Tecmo will hopefully address in a future patch.

Venus Vacation Prism –Dead or Alive Xtreme– is available on PS4/PS5 and PC (Steam).
