Following numerous requests from fans, Capcom revealed that seven Street Fighter 6 characters will be getting their Outfit 4 appearances alongside the Sagat update that releases on August 5 (the rest of the roster will get their outfits at a later date). The theme for this outfit lineup is swimwear, and three of the designs are based on past Capcom artworks.

Cammy and Chun-Li’s Outfit 4 swimsuits are inspired by Kinu Nishimura’s swimsuit art for Street Fighter II. Apart from minor changes such as Cammy’s necklaces and Chun-Li’s earrings, the designs of the new outfits are one-for-one recreations. Given that several legacy characters in Street Fighter 6 are also in this Nishimura piece, there could be a chance that more of these swimsuits will be turned into Outfit 4 appearances.

Most of the newer characters have unique swimwear designs, but Manon’s in particular is inspired by Reinaldo Quintero’s art for the July 2023 Street Fighter Swimsuit Special. Manon’s Outfit 4 has her sporting a bob cut and a shawl, but her swimsuit’s design is almost exactly how Quintero envisioned her summer getup.
While Luke and Kimberly look like they are ready to patrol the beach, Jamie’s loose vest, beach shorts, and drinking gourd make him look like he’s ready to relax with a day of drinking. A.K.I.’s mummy-looking beach outfit fits perfectly with her fascination with poison and the macabre.

Expect Outfit 4 to be priced similarly to the Outfit 3 appearances, which cost 300 Fighter Coins each (roughly $6 USD) alongside their base recolors. After so many avatar clothes and accessories, it feels nice for the main playable characters to get some new duds.
Outfit 4 for Cammy, Chun-Li, Manon, Luke, Kimberly, Jamie, and A.K.I. are set to release alongside the Sagat update on August 5. Street Fighter 6 is available for PC (Steam), PS4/PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
