Following Brown Dust 2’s store and community Steam pages suddenly disappearing ten days before the game’s scheduled launch date, developer NEOWIZ has announced that the game will no longer be releasing on the platform. After communicating with Steam officials, an issue preventing the game’s release was encountered that could not be resolved with the current version.
According to NEOWIZ’s official statement, the studio “considered multiple options to make the release possible.” While there is no detailed explanation provided, it appears that conforming to Steam’s updated guidelines (likely those about banning content that violates the rules of the platform’s affiliated payment processors and internet network providers) would have caused unintended adjustments to Brown Dust 2, potentially altering its identity. Eager to “preserve the game’s core direction and overall quality,” the developers concluded that making the necessary adjustments at this time “would not be appropriate.”

After an internal discussion, NEOWIZ has decided to explore alternative platforms where it can launch Brown Dust 2’s PC version. Details about future platforms will be announced once a decision has been made.
As for the 200,000 people+ who supported the Steam release by Wishlisting Brown Dust 2, the community event and Wishlist milestone rewards will be available to all players following the game’s December 16 update (which was originally supposed to coincide with its Steam release).
Brown Dust 2 is available on Android and iOS devices. Its mobile version is also playable on PC via Google Play.

Obvious this was going to happen. They should just give google play for PC a shot instead. Or maybe the epic game store
