Palworld developers reveal details of Nintendo and Pokémon Company infringement lawsuit
Pocket Pair has made an announcement revealing the details of the patent infringement lawsuit filed against them by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company over their hit survival game Palworld.
According to the update, Pocket Pair is being sued over the following three patents owned by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company:

The plaintiffs are seeking an injunction against Palworld and compensation for a portion of the damages incurred between the date of registration of the patents and the date of filing of the lawsuit. Pocket Pair is being sued for 5 million yen plus late payment damages to The Pokémon Company, and 5 million yen plus late payment damages to Nintendo respectively.
