Nintendo has announced that the Switch Online SNES Collection title Super Soccer will be delisted starting March 28, 2025.

Nintendo has announced that the Switch Online SNES Collection title Super Soccer will be delisted starting March 28, 2025. This will make the game unplayable even for users who have already downloaded it.

No official explanation has been provided for the delisting of Spike Chunsoft’s 1991 soccer game, but it could be related to relevant licensing agreements lapsing. This appears to be the first delisting of an NSO game to be announced by Nintendo.

At the time of writing, Super Soccer’s removal has only been confirmed in Japan, while the Western versions remain unaffected for now.
