Inspired by Alma’s upcoming Monster Hunter World Handler outfit DLC in Monster Hunter Wilds, one fan created a Dragon Ball-inspired animation featuring the two handlers. By performing a Fusion Dance, Alma and the Handler combine to form Alma’s new appearance:
Unlike Dragon Ball fusions, such as Gotenks and Gogeta, the resulting fusion isn’t a melding of Alma and the Handler’s personalities or physical attributes. Rather, it only features Alma wearing her predecessor’s clothes. Despite this, fans love the animation, with some calling it the reason why the Handler outfit is being made for Alma in the first place.
While the Handler has her fair share of fans, reception for Alma has been very positive due to her more active involvement in Monster Hunter Wilds’ story and gameplay. There might not be enough room for two main handlers in Monster Hunter Wilds, but those who purchase this DLC outfit can think of it as a resulting fusion of the two female protagonists.
Monster Hunter Wilds is out now on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
