Mecha BREAK opens applications for large-scale closed beta featuring revamped PvPvE mode
Applications are currently being accepted for Amazing Seesun Games’ latest closed beta for their popular multiplayer mech action title Mecha BREAK. The beta will be carried out on PC and Xbox Series X|S platforms, ahead of the game’s release later this year.
As well as other new content, the closed beta will offer players the opportunity to experience Mecha BREAK’s revamped PvPvE mode. According to our recent interview with the development team, the new version of PvPvE incorporates numerous changes and enhancements based on player feedback. This includes balancing improvements, like the addition of weaponized gliders, which players can utilize to balance out the weaknesses of their preferred type of mech, as well as zip across Mecha BREAK’s vast stages. At the same time, players will have to keep an eye out for various elements that will make PvPvE battles more exciting and unpredictable, including interfering NPCs and blistering boss battles. On January 7, Mecha BREAK posted a sneak peek at one of the bosses on X.
Those interested in taking part have until January 14 to fill out a survey on the official website (note: exact date may vary due to time differences). In order to join the Mecha BREAK beta, participants must have a Discord account, plus an Xbox X or S series console or a PC that can run the game. More information can be found here.
Mecha BREAK is scheduled to be released on PC and console in 2025.
