Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD, Elden Ring DLC top Japan’s charts (Weekly best-sellers 7/1/24 – 7/7/24) 

According to physical sales data accumulated by GEO across 1000 video game retail stores in Japan, Nintendo’s Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD was the No. 1 best-selling game in Japan for the second week in a row. The remaster also boosted sales of 2019’s Luigi’s Mansion 3. 

In the period between July 1 and July 7, Elden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree DLC (PS5 version) ranked in third place, with sales remaining strong throughout the title’s second week. The Nintendo Switch and PS5 versions of Atlus’s Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance (released on June 14) also stayed in the top 10.
