Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP is bringing back one of Juliet’s original DLC outfits this February, with a new Nightmare Mode in the works

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP producer Yoshimi Yasuda revealed on X today that Juliet’s Goth Girl outfit will be making a comeback this February. What’s more, Yasuda also announced that players can expect an “unconventional” update this year, in the form of a brand-new Nightmare Mode.

In Suda51’s original Lollipop Chainsaw, which was released in 2012, players could get various DLC/preorder bonus costumes for zombie-slaying cheerleader Juliet. These included tie-in outfits like Juliet cosplaying as Ash Williams from the Evil Dead series. One of these DLC costumes was the Goth Girl outfit.

Although Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP’s launched with 30 costumes last September, many fans lamented that some of the DLC outfits from the original would not be making a return. However, on January 7 this year, the game’s producer confirmed that one of these original DLC costumes, the Goth Girl outfit, will be added to the remaster at the beginning of February.

In his New Year’s message below, Yasuda revealed that Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP players can also look forward to a new Nightmare Mode later this year. From the description, it seems like it will be a fast-paced survival mode, which will pit a strong Juliet against the toughest zombies.

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP is available now for the PC (Steam), PS5, Xbox Series X❘S and Nintendo Switch
