Like a Dragon devs to make new announcements at RGG Summit on September 20 

SEGA’s Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, the development team behind the longstanding Like a Dragon series, announced that RGG Summit 2024 will be held on September 20. 

RGG Summit is a showcase event where information on RGG Studio’s new projects is announced. At last year’s RGG Summit 2023, various information on new titles in the series was announced, including the release date of Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth and its story trailer.  

RGG Studio announced the Nintendo Switch port of Yakuza: Kiwami during the latest Nintendo Direct. The port will be releasing on October 24, just a day before the Amazon Prime live-action adaptation. However, it seems the studio still has more news for fans, which will be revealed at the upcoming RGG Summit. 

The event will be viewable live via YouTube and Niconico, and lucky winners of a raffle will be able to participate in person. 

The RGG Summit’s date was revealed during the latest episode of RyuStar TV, during which RGG Studio members and Ichiban Kasuga’s voice actor Nakaya Kazuhiro showed a sneak peek of how Yakuza Kiwami looks on the Nintendo Switch and showcased new merch.
