Gundam Breaker 4 announces global open network test and reveals gameplay trailer
Bandai Namco has announced an open network test for their Gunpla action shooter Gundam Breaker 4. The upcoming game is scheduled to be released on August 29 for the PS4/PS5, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam). But before that, eager players can try out the game via the open network test. It will take place worldwide between July 18 to 21 (please note that exact times vary depending on region). A new gameplay trailer has also just dropped.
According to Famitsu, the open network test will be held on July 19 (between 9am to 2pm, and 6pm to 11pm JST) and from July 20 at 11am to July 21 at 3pm. For reference, the equivalent times for the open network test in US Pacific time (PDT) are July 18 (5pm to 10pm), July 19 (2am to 7am), and from July 19 7pm to July 20 11pm.
The open network test will give players a taste of Gundam Breaker 4’s online multiplayer mode with up to 3 Gundam going head-to-head. Players will be able to assemble their mechs by swapping out parts from 20 units and customize them with color. The final game is set to give players an impressive 250 units to play with and customize.
