Ender Lilies sequel Ender Magnolia coming in January 2025 

On September 10, Binary Haze Interactive announced that Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist will be released on January 23, 2025. The sequel to Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights, Ender Magnolia will be available on Nintendo Switch, PS4/PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam). The Steam version, currently in early access, will be updated to the release version. 

Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist is an exploration-based action RPG set in a post-apocalyptic world. It takes place several decades after 2021’s Ender Lilies, which sold over 1.5 million copies worldwide. 

Ender Magnolia is set in The Land of Fumes, a superpower that has flourished thanks to the magical resources located underground. Artificial lifeforms called Humunculi were created with the aim of advancing the kingdom’s development, however things did not go to plan. The toxic Fumes drove the Humunculi mad, and they now rampage throughout the land.  

You play as Lilac, an Attuner who can save Humunculi. The Humunculi you save will battle by your side (Lilac herself cannot fight)- and they have 30 unique skills that you can acquire – allowing you to create your own battle style. 

Journeying underground with the Humunculi, Lilac must seek out old friends, recover her memories and learn more about The Land of Fumes. Like Ender Lilies, this dark and beautiful fantasy world will see you explore various stunning yet haunting locations. It seems that what you discover about The Land of Fumes will make you question whether you should save humans or Humunculi at the end of your quest. 

The Early Access version of Ender Magnolia has been available on Steam since March. It has an Overwhelmingly Positive review status (97% of 3,744 user reviews are positive). This is higher than Ender Lilies, which currently has a Very Positive review status. Ender Magnolia has been praised for its new map system (a “huge upgrade” from Ender Lilies), polished animation, better gameplay mechanics and improved upgrade system.  

Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist is scheduled to be released for Nintendo Switch, PS4/PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam) on January 23, 2025. An Early Access version of the game is currently available on Steam.
