Dead or Alive Venus Vacation Prism minigames will include Hand-push Sumo and Water Splashing with the girls
While Venus Vacation Prism –Dead or Alive Xtreme–is a dating sim at heart, it will also have its fair share of minigames to keep players engaged. During some episodes, players will be able to engage in special minigames, two of these being Hand-push Sumo and Water Splashing.
Venus Vacation Prism minigames
Hand-push Sumo centers around keeping your balance while trying to push one of the girls over. You’ll have to quickly time your button presses to avoid falling, with your reward being that you might end up on top of your toppled opponent in a very romance anime-esque fashion. Even if you end up losing, there is a chance that the girl might end up on top of you instead.
Water Splashing is a minigame that involves you and two girls (you can choose to invite). The aim of Water Splashing is to get the girls as wet as possible, with you having full control over who gets soaked and where. Venus Vacation Prism –Dead or Alive Xtreme–’s water effects make clothing become more transparent and the girls’ skin get some of that extra glistening wetness the game’s producer mentioned. Episodes where you engage in Water Splashing can have different outcomes depending on which girl you got the most wet.
As this full-priced title does away with past games’ outfit gacha systems, taking photos of the girls using the robust photo mode (which features numerous filters, focus adjustments, photo lenses, exposures, and even a point light function for set lighting) is one of the ways that the Venus Islands can earn more fans. These fans serve as the game’s currency, which allows you to unlock things such as new outfits for Venus Vacation Prism –Dead or Alive Xtreme–’s cast of gorgeous women.
Venus Vacation Prism –Dead or Alive Xtreme– is scheduled to be released on PS4/PS5 and PC (Steam) on March 6, 2025.
