Hot on the heels of Konatsu Kato’s ongoing viral playthrough and writer Ryukishi07’s team teasing a livestream of themselves playing the game, Silent Hill f actress Yuuka Iijima, who plays Rinko Nishida, is the latest talent planning to stream her first experience of the psychological horror game. Iijima has set up a YouTube channel for the purpose, aptly called “I’m Yuka Iijima,” and plans on streaming Silent Hill f for the first time this Saturday, November 22, at 9 pm JST (that’s 12 pm UTC on the same day).
Iijima has already posted a short introduction about herself and the upcoming livestream. It even comes with English subtitles, making it easy for those who aren’t familiar with Japanese to follow along.
Given that Konatsu Kato’s livestreams have amassed millions of views on YouTube, it isn’t surprising that Iijima would want to play the game herself. While it isn’t clear how much experience she has in playing horror games or gaming in general, here’s hoping she will have an equally screenshot-worthy reaction to encountering Hinako in-game as Kato’s now famous disturbed reaction to seeing Rinko.
Silent Hill f is available for the PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X|S.
