LoveR Kiss Endless Memories was supposed to be the first LoveR series game to launch on Steam, but it seems there’s been a change of plans. According to an announcement from October 27, publisher Dragami Games has encountered some trouble on Steam, which has ultimately put a halt on plans to release on the platform.
Although the title already had a published Steam store page, it has since been delisted. “Due to various circumstances, it has become difficult to release the game on Steam,” Dragami Games explains. However, it seems the company is already taking steps towards releasing LoveR Kiss Endless Memories’ PC version on another platform(s). Specific information will be announced “as soon as the details are finalized.”
Set to launch on November 27, LoveR Kiss Endless Memories is a renewed and expanded version of 2020’s LoveR Kiss (which itself is an upgrade of the original LoveR from 2019). Themed around photography and daily school life, the romance simulator follows the story of a high school boy and his relationships with a cast of seven heroines.
LoveR Kiss Endless Memories will also be the first LoveR title to get an official English release. Although the game does not include any explicit content, it’s possible that its revealing costumes didn’t sit right with Valve’s guidelines. The official explanation behind the delisting remains unknown for now, however.
