Those who purchased the Deluxe Edition and Premium Deluxe Edition of Monster Hunter Wilds would have automatically received their respective purchases’ extra content upon opening the game. But what about those open beta gifts and specific event rewards? It turns out that all redeemable goodies can be picked up from any of your base camps.

At your base camp, talk to the Support Desk Felyne on duty and choose the “I’d like to request support” option followed by “Claim Content”.

“Claim Content” is where you will find all the extra DLC packs you haven’t claimed, including open beta gifts and Capcom ID bonuses. This is also where you can claim the free Welcome Pack DLC (which consists of a bunch of helpful items to get you started on your Monster Hunter Wilds journey) after downloading it.

The Support Desk also provides updated information on the game, a checklist for limited bounties, an Ingredient Center that occasionally provides useful supplies, and a place where you can manage your various Pop-up Camps in all the regions.
Monster Hunter Wilds is out now on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
