To get people hyped for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves’ impending April release, SNK announced the five characters in the game’s Season Pass 1. Two Fatal Fury mainstays and three guest characters will be coming after City of the Wolves launches, further adding to the available content in this mainline entry.
The two Fatal Fury alumni who are making a return are Andy Bogard and Joe Higashi. Terry Bogard’s younger brother Andy is a ninja who is constantly trying to improve himself (he also has a rather complex relationship with Mai Shiranui). Joe Higashi, on the other hand, is a Muay Thai fighter and often the comic relief in Fatal Fury games (his new look in City of the Wolves has him donning a pair of glasses). Andy will be arriving sometime in Summer 2025 while Joe will be coming in the fall of the same year.
Two of the three guest characters in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves come from Street Fighter. Ken and Chun-Li will be coming to the game in Summer and Winter 2025 respectively. Though both characters’ default outfits reflect their Street Fighter 6 looks, it remains to be seen if their movesets will be carried over from Capcom’s hit fighting game.
The final guest character is Mr. Big, a crime leader who made his first appearance in SNK’s Art of Fighting before being added to The King of Fighters franchise. City of the Wolves marks Mr. Big’s first playable appearance in Fatal Fury, which is sure to put a smile on the faces of The King of Fighters fans. Mr. Big will arrive in the game sometime in early 2026.
Arranged in release order, the Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Season Pass 1 characters are Andy Bogard (Summer 2025), Ken (Summer 2025), Joe Higashi (Fall 2025), Chun-Li (Winter 2025), and Mr. Big (early 2026). Special Edition owners will have immediate access to Season Pass 1. Expect SNK to reveal in-game models and gameplay of these characters as they near their respective release dates.
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is set to release on April 24, 2025 for the PS4/PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Windows).
