Craftopia developers host Steam Key giveaway for upcoming open-world title Palworld and make open call for testers

Pocketpair, the developer of the upcoming open-world survival game Palworld, announced a Steam Key giveaway campaign to celebrate the game receiving 1 million wishlists worldwide on Steam. They have also announced that they will be recruiting participants for a closed network test.

Palworld is a multiplayer open-world crafting game in which you can befriend and collect creatures called “Pal” in a mysterious, harsh world.  You have complete freedom over the Pals to nurture them, have them fight, work in a factory or even slaughter them for nourishment. The vast in-game world consists of different biomes that each have their leaders, and your goal is to create a perfect base, where you will utilize various types of Pals toproduce, generate energy, manufacture items and similar. The multiplayer mode allows you to either work together with others or battle against them.

As the game has recently surpassed 1 million wishlists on Steam, the developers have announced a Steam Key giveaway campaign, in which they will distribute 100 Steam Keys for Palworld, redeemable on the day of Early Access launch. To apply for the giveaway, you need to add the game to your wishlist and take a screenshot, follow the official Palworld X/Twitter account and interact with the above embedded tweet as described. Applications for the giveaway will be open until November 9, 2023 (Thr) 15:00 (UTC), and winners will be notified via direct message on X/Twitter.

Additionally, Pocketpair is also looking for testers for Palworld for a closed network test before the official launch. Applications are being accepted via the official Discord from October 26, 2023 (Thr) 6:00 to October 31, 2023 (Tue) 6:00 (UTC), and the network test itself is planned to take place from November 2, 2023 (Thr) 6:00 to November 5, 2023 (Sun)  6:00 (UTC).

Palworld is scheduled to release in Early Access in January 2024 for the PC (Steam).
