「Golden Joystick Awards 2024」が日本時間11月22日に開催され、受賞作品が発表された。Golden Joystick Awardsは、イギリスで1983年より続く歴史あるゲームアワードで、今年で第42回目となる。本アワードは過去12か月に発売されたタイトルなどを対象に、基本的には受賞作品がユーザーらによる投票で決定される点が特徴だ。
最優秀賞にあたるUltimate Game of the Yearは、名だたる人気作を制して『黒神話：悟空』が勝ち取った。同作はBest Visual Design部門でもアワードに輝いている。そのほか今年は『ファイナルファンタジーVII リバース』や『HELLDIVERS 2』、『Balatro』など幅広い作品が受賞する結果となった。以下、ノミネートおよび結果を記載。アワードの勝利タイトルには星マークをつけている。
