今月11月16日、「Golden Joystick Awards」の授賞式がイギリス・ロンドンで開催された。「Golden Joystick Awards」は、イギリスで1983年より続く歴史あるゲームアワード。さまざまな作品がノミネートされていたが、今年で第37回目となるアワードでは、数々の大作を制し『バイオハザード RE:2』がUltimate Game of the Yearを受賞。
