They will begin accepting reservations on January 20 starting at 100,000 yen (approx. $900) per night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hotel uses the former headquarters of Nintendo, back when the company was still known as a distributor of Japanese playing cards. It was the original headquarters before they moved offices in 1959. Not only can you take in the atmosphere of the historic building, but since it\u2019s located just 6 minutes away from the Kyoto Station by car (4-minute walk from Shichijou Station), it\u2019s also a convenient place to stay location-wise. The hotel has a total of 18 rooms for accommodation, including seven suites. Each room is furnished differently, bringing new discoveries each time you stay. It is a bit pricey, though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hotel is operated by Plan\uff65Do\uff65See, a company that owns multiple hotels and restaurants in Japan, including The Aoyama Grand Hotel in Tokyo and the Oriental Hotel in Kobe.
