Koei Tecmo announced<\/a> on November 2 that it would be postponing the first official livestream for Nobunaga’s Ambition: Hishou<\/strong>, the latest game in the long-running strategy RPG franchise. The livestream, originally planned for November 4, was set to unveil a new trailer and the game’s release date, both of which have since been delayed as the company “reevaluates various aspects of the game.” This reevaluation includes the new release date and supported platforms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Announced in June, Nobunaga\u2019s Ambition: Hishou was originally set for a winter release on PC (Steam<\/a>), Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, and PlayStation 5. As a Sengoku-era feudal lord, you recruit generals as well as develop and expand their territories, all with the goal of unifying Japan. Each general you command has their own background and motivations, creating unique stories for you to experience. The castle town development system from older titles such as Nobunaga’s Ambition: Tenkasousei and Nobunaga\u2019s Ambition: Reppuden makes a return in Hishou, allowing you to develop your towns and place different facilities, with the latter affecting the benefits and income you generate from resources. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
