Like! Love Live!<\/strong> will be delisted from the App Store and Google Play on October 30, 2026, at 12:00 JST. Players who wish to keep playing the game beyond the cut-off date are urged to log in and download all necessary data before October 30. Refunds will be processed throughout October, and applicants will be given further instructions on the procedure at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Originally launched in May 2023, Link! Like! Love Live! was a virtual idol deck builder\/rhythm game hybrid title that was part of the Love Live! Series\u2019 then latest media mix project, Hasunosora Girl\u2019s High School Idol Club. While the game managed to attract a significant player base, it was cited as an extremely costly operation according to ODD No.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In April 2026, the developer announced the shutdown of Link! Like! Love Live!, citing rising operational costs and a lack of human resources. The game\u2019s closure was attributed mostly to the game\u2019s \u201creal-time calendar\u201d feature, which allowed players to follow the idols\u2019 school lives in real time, with in-game events linked to a real-life calendar. According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/hasunosora_SIC\/status\/2041033164601110864?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">statement by ODD No<\/a>, the operational burden was \u201cunimaginable\u201d and \u201cfar greater than for any typical live-service game\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ODD No would ultimately receive a bankruptcy commencement order from the Tokyo District Court on August 5, with the Tokyo Shoko Research firm publishing a report stating that the company\u2019s liabilities had reached 10.32 billion yen (approximately $65.5 million USD) as far back as the fiscal year ended December 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The offline version of Link! Like!
