Set in the far-flung future where humanity lives in cyberspace due to the entire planet being beset by a macro-disaster. The scenario for the game will be written by Shotaro Teshirogi, who has previously authored the light novel Expelled from Paradise: mission 0, which served as the prequel to the 2014 film.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" src=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/20260821-713180001.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71322\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/20260821-713180001.jpg 960w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/20260821-713180001-380x214.jpg 380w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/20260821-713180001-768x432.jpg 768w\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expelled from Paradise: The Stellar Angel notably features an emotion-driven choice system dubbed the \u201cK2-system\u201d, which is triggered during major plot points throughout the game. The feature allows the players to decide between emotional choices that emphasize Angela\u2019s human connections with others, dubbed \u201cKIZUNA\u201d and choices that lead towards the conviction to stick to her objectives called \u201cKAKUGO\u201d. The choices made throughout the story can result in multiple endings, and the Steam store page warns how \u201csome paths lead to endings from which there is no turning back.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expelled from Paradise: The Stellar Angel is scheduled to release for PC (<a href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/4607420\/_The_Stellar_Angel\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/4607420\/_The_Stellar_Angel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Steam<\/a>) and Nintendo Switch on November 26.
