Participants&nbsp;will be able to apply between August 19, 03:00 and&nbsp;September 21, 3:00 (UTC).&nbsp;The date of the CBT itself will be announced at a later date.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Astrae\u00a0Oratio\u00a0is set in a world where magic exists.
