This news comes just as the&nbsp;studio&nbsp;is set to celebrate Ultraman\u2019s 60th anniversary with&nbsp;\u201cThe Origin of Ultraman,\u201d&nbsp;a documentary film by&nbsp;Hirokazu Koreeda&nbsp;that explores the creation of the original series.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\u300eTHE ORIGIN OF ULTRAMAN\u300f\u672c\u4e88\u544a\u30107\u67083\u65e5(\u91d1)\u516c\u958b\u3011\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3dtdVsfN9zs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to&nbsp;a&nbsp;staff member&nbsp;interviewed by Bunshun, at least 39 full-time employees have resigned since the start of the year, with another 13 scheduled&nbsp;to be seconded or transferred to&nbsp;different&nbsp;group companies. Since the entire workforce originally consisted of around 210 employees, the remaining workers are forced to pick up the slack, with the company&nbsp;allegedly&nbsp;in \u201ccomplete chaos.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This\u00a0seems to be\u00a0the result of \u201crestructuring measures\u201d at the company.\u00a0From March 10\u00a0to\u00a011,\u00a0Tsuburaya Productions held\u00a0one-on-one\u00a0meetings with\u00a0employees attended by\u00a0executives and HR personnel.
